nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
At 500 PM HST Tropical Storm Moke was downgraded to a Tropical
Depression and was centered at 15.3N 157.3W...moving W at 12 kt. Moke
will exit the offshore waters Monday and a surface high will 
remain far north of the state through the remainder of the
forecast.
