.DISCUSSION...A surface trough moving east to west will bring periods
of moderate to locally heavy rain starting with Laysan tonight and moving 
over Lisianski on Wednesday. Trade winds will strengthen towards the 
second half of the week with stable conditions. No significant swells are 
expected, but some small NNW swells will be possible with some background 
long-period energy from the south.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy with isolated showers over Lisianski. 
					Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers over 
					Laysan in the morning becoming isolated by mid morning. 
					Scattered showers once again in the late afternoon and evening.
Surface winds (kts).For Lisianski, East winds around 5 knots shifting to the 
      				northeast 5 to 7 knots in the afternoon. For Laysan, 
					southeast winds 5 to 10 knots. 
Swell height........3 feet NNW (340 degree)
