was located near Latitude 14.4 degrees North and Longitude
136.8 degrees East. 19W is moving north at 5 mph. It is expected
to maintain this general course with an increase in forward speed
through Tuesday.

Maximum sustained winds remain at 35 mph. 19W is forecast to
maintain this intensity through tonight.
