DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 100 AM CHST...1500 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression 19W
was located near Latitude 14.0 degrees North and Longitude
136.8 degrees East. 19W is moving east-northeast at 8 mph. It is
expected to make a turn toward the north-northeast with a slight
increase in forward speed through Tuesday. 19W continues to move
away from Yap and Palau and remains well west of the Marianas.

Maximum sustained winds remain at 35 mph. 19W is forecast to
maintain this intensity through Tuesday.
