A Typhoon Warning remains in effect for Alamagan, Pagan and Agrihan in 
the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

A Typhoon Warning means that typhoon force winds of 74 mph or more are
imminent or occurring.

DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 700 PM CHST...0900 UTC...the center of Typhoon Saudel was located 
near Latitude 19.0 degrees North and Longitude 145.3 degrees East. 
Saudel is moving northwest at 10 mph. It is expected to make a slight 
turn toward the west-northwest with an increase in forward speed 
through Sunday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 110 mph. Saudel is forecast 
to intensify through Sunday.

Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to 45 miles. 
Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to 150 
miles.

Service at 1100 PM ChST followed by the next scheduled advisory
at 200 AM ChST early Sunday morning.
