DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 700 PM CHST...0900 UTC...the remains of Tropical Disturbance 28W
were located near Latitude 22.7 degrees North and Longitude 139.2
degrees East. The remains of 28W are moving west-northwest at 9 mph.
They are expected to turn slightly toward the west with little change
in forward speed through Friday.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to 25 mph. The remains of 28W
are forecast to maintain this intensity through Friday then diminish
further.
