...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM CHST MONDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt and seas 8 to 10
  feet.

* WHERE...Palau and Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Monsoon regime enhanced by nearby TD 19W will
  continue to bring fresh to strong westerlies to Yap through
  tonight, with some near-gale gusts possible as TD 19W continues to
  move away from the area. Conditions are expected to improve
  thereafter, allowing winds and seas hazardous to small craft to
  fall below criteria level late tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Monsoon regime enhanced by nearby TD 19W will
  continue to bring fresh to strong westerlies to Palau through this
  afternoon, with some occasional near-gale gusts expected as 19W
  continues to move away. Conditions are expected to improve
  thereafter, allowing winds and seas hazardous to small craft to
  fall below criteria level beginning this evening.
