* WHAT...West winds 20 to 25 kt with frequent gusts up to 30 kt 
  and seas 6 to 9 feet.

* WHERE...Pohnpei and Kosrae Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fresh to strong westerlies will continue 
  to develop south of Tropical Depression 29W as it strengthens 
  and organizes, leading to conditions hazardous to small craft 
  for Pohnpei coastal waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
