.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
A low pressure system tracking SE across the Gulf will bring
periods of gusty winds to the southern panhandle Sunday night.
The low reaches west of Dixon Entrance by Monday morning, then
will steadily weaken. Winds will turn out of the north behind
the low.
