.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure center and associated trough will
remain nearly stationary today and then shift E and inland
tonight. High pressure will remain centered W of the waters today
through tonight, then drift E into the area Sun through Tue night
as it becomes weaker. Weak low pressure will move E over the
waters with a cold front Wed and dissipate Wed night as high
pressure build E over the waters.
