.SYNOPSIS...High pressure to the SW of the area will build into
the waters today and tonight then strengthen on Wed with ridging
extending E over the waters through Thu. A weak cold front will
weaken the high pressure ridge as it pushes across the waters
late Thu into Fri. High pressure attempts to build back into the
waters Sat into Sat night.
