.SYNOPSIS...A trough along the California coast will persist
tonight through Fri night. Also, high pressure centered W and NW
of the waters tonight drifts E over the area through Tue night
while weakening. On Tue night into Wed a weak cold front will
move E and SE over the N and central waters. High pressure will
build in from the W and NW Wed night through Fri night as the
coastal trough intensifies.
