.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough will slowly strengthen along
the N and central coasts tonight before weakening tomorrow into
tomorrow night. The high pressure to the W of the waters will
strengthen through Wed and then drift farther W of the area Wed
night through Thu night. A weak cold front will then enter the
northern waters on Fri and weaken as it moves southward Fri night
through Sat night.
