.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough will slowly strengthen along
the N and central coast today before weakening Tue into Tue
night. The high pressure to the W of the waters will strengthen
today through Wed and then drift farther W and NW of the area Wed
night through Thu night. On Fri and Fri night the high pressure
will drift even farther W while gradually weakening.
