.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue over the waters today 
into Fri. The high will gradually shift E Fri and Fri night, 
before a cold front moves SE across the waters Sat into Sat 
night. The front then stalls just SE of the area Sun through Mon
night, as low pressure forms on the front E of the northern
waters.
