.SYNOPSIS...A strong high will settle SE and S of the area today.
The high will weaken and shift off to the E tonight as a cold
front moves SE over the waters. The front will clear S of the
area Thu before stalling S of the waters Thu night as high
pressure builds SE into the region. High pressure will persist
over the northern waters through Sun night.
