...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN LIBERTY...SOUTHEASTERN
TOOLE AND WEST CENTRAL HILL COUNTIES THROUGH 300 PM MDT...

At 214 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles south of Lothair, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Chester, Joplin, Inverness, Lothair, and Tiber Dam.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM MDT for
north central Montana.
