  Tampa Bay waters...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 425 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were developing over most of 
  Tampa Bay, moving west at 10 knots. 

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure 
           all on board are wearing life jackets.

  Terra Ceia Bay, Manatee 3 Mile North Reef, Gandy Bridge, Old Tampa
  Bay, Howard Frankland Bridge, Egmont Key, Cockroach Bay, Indian
