pressure building in from the north will result in gusty east winds
through mid afternoon. Despite limited mixing due to this building
high, these winds will boost the Clearing Index above 500 this 
afternoon. This building high will bring dry and stable conditions
again Friday, with light terrain-driven winds and marginal 
ventilation.
