...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL LA SALLE AND
EASTERN GRANT PARISHES UNTIL 715 PM CDT...

At 618 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles northwest of Midway, or 24 miles southeast of Winnfield, moving
south at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Midway, Pollock, Rogers, Fishville, Nebo, Zenoria and Catahoula
  Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
