.Synopsis for the far Southern CA coast... 
At 1 PM, a 1034 mb high was located 900 nautical miles west of 
San Francisco and a 1003 mb low was over western New Mexico. West-
northwest winds may gust near 20 knots over outer coastal waters 
this afternoon and evening. Otherwise, weak onshore flow will 
prevail through Friday, with some increase for the weekend. A weak
coastal eddy is expected each night through Thursday night.
