...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL MASON...NORTH
CENTRAL KANAWHA...NORTHERN PUTNAM AND SOUTHEASTERN JACKSON COUNTIES
THROUGH 345 PM EDT...

At 312 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Winfield, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Winfield, Sissonville, Eleanor, Buffalo, Kenna, Bancroft, Grimms
Landing, Fraziers Bottom, Kentuck, and Liberty.

This includes Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 112
and 129.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for
western and northwestern West Virginia.
