A stray shower or thunderstorm can't be ruled out in the morning, but the chance is less than 10 percent before 1200. There is around a 20 to 30 percent chance of a shower or thunderstorm, with the best chance from 1400 to 2000. Heavy rain and wind gusts past 40 mph will be the main threat from any shower or thunderstorm. However, showers and thunderstorms may be more scattered than on Saturday. Wind gusts to 20 mph will be possible after 1200 when the inversion breaks. Mixing and smoke dispersal will become very good between 1100 and 1200 after morning inversions break.
