.DISCUSSION...

Today brings another hot and above seasonal day for the area, 
with high temperatures peaking around 97 degrees by mid afternoon.
Today also brings another chance for showers and storms, with the
greatest coverage of storms between 4-10 PM MDT. Like previous 
days, any storm will have a lightning risk, with the strongest 
storms capable of producing heavy rainfall, strong winds up to 55 
mph, and small hail. While storms will be greater in coverage, 
they will also still be scattered in nature, so at minimum showers
and storms are expected to be within the vicinity of the fair. In
addition, gusty outflow winds of up to 40 mph may still impact 
the fair site even away from showers and storms.
