...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO LATE FRIDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...North Canadian River near Yukon.

* WHEN...From this morning to late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Areas of shallow overflows extend along the
  North Canadian River valley from near Banner Road... downstream to
  the headwaters of Lake Overholser. The areas most affected are
  low-lying agricultural and suburban areas... oilfield facilities...
  and local roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.5 feet
    this afternoon.
  - Action stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
