...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northwestern Ferry
and northeastern Okanogan Counties through 1145 AM PDT...

At 1113 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 12 miles northwest of Sherman Pass, or 41 miles
northeast of Omak, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Republic, Curlew Lake State Park, and Malo.

This includes U.S. Highway 20 in Washington between mile markers 298
and 307.
