Winds will be shifting into Saturday evening with a cold front
passage.  Wind direction will be out of the northeast this morning,
shifting to southeast this afternoon, and then southwest with the 
cold front passage this evening. Increased instability will also lead
to a chance of showers and thunderstorms today, mainly after 1700 PDT.
Wind gusts up to 25 mph is expected with the cold front, but brief 
stronger gusts up to 40 mph is possible near thunderstorms this 
evening.
