PORTIONS OF THE ADVISORY AREA...

The Flood Advisory is replaced by a Flash Flood Warning for portions
of northeast New Jersey, including the following areas, Bergen,
Essex, Hudson, and Union and southeast New York, including the
following areas, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), and Richmond
(Staten Island).


The threat for widespread flooding has increased over the area.
Therefore the Flood Advisory has been replaced by a Flood Warning.
