...The National Weather Service in Omaha/Valley has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Nebraska...

  Little Nemaha River at Auburn affecting Nemaha County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO LATE TUESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little Nemaha River at Auburn.

* WHEN...From late tonight to late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs along the lower
  banks both upstream and downstream of the gage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 19.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just
    after midnight tonight to a crest of 22.3 feet shortly
    thereafter. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 22.3
    feet on 10/09/1993.
