.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between high pressure over the
western Atlantic and low pressure over the southern Caribbean 
will lead to moderate trades over Atlantic waters and fresh 
trades over the Caribbean waters through Wed. Winds are likely 
to increase slightly Wed night through Thu night as a tropical 
wave moves across the eastern Caribbean. Seas will remain at 
moderate state through the week.
