.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will remain centered over central
Gulf through midweek, with the western Atlantic ridge building
westward into the basin thereafter. This will maintain gentle to
locally moderate winds and slight seas through the week.

.OVERNIGHT...S of 24N, E winds 10 kt in the late evening and
early morning, becoming variable less than 5 kt. N of 24N,
variable winds less than 5 kt. Seas 3 ft or less. Isolated showers
and thunderstorms. 
.MON...NE to E winds 10 kt S of 24N, and variable less than 5 kt
N of 24N. Seas 3 ft or less. Isolated showers and thunderstorms. 
.MON NIGHT...E winds 10 kt. Seas 3 ft or less. Isolated showers

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 1016 mb centered near 29N62W is 
producing scattered showers and thunderstorms and strong 
southerly winds to the east of its center, across the far 
northeast portion of the region. Further development of the low
is possible, and this system could become a short-lived tropical
depression or storm during the next couple of days while it moves
northward and north-northeastward well to the northeast of 
Bermuda. Increasing winds and seas are possible tonight over the 
far NE waters, with conditions then improving Mon. Elsewhere, high
pressure will maintain mainly gentle winds N of 23N through the 
period, with moderate to fresh trades to the south, with slightly 
higher winds pulsing at times as the northern extent of tropical 
waves most westward across the far southern waters this week.
