.DISCUSSION...An upper level disturbance is moving west to east
through the area this morning, providing plenty of cloud cover and
a line of high-based shower activity. These clouds will push
through this morning, with perhaps a short period of light rain as
most of the precipitation struggles to reach the ground. Skies
will begin to clear this afternoon, with sun breaks generating
atmospheric instability. This will open the door for another round
of showers and thunderstorms, with activity forming upstream to
the southwest of the fire. A 30-40% chance exists for a line of
showers and thunderstorms to push through the fire from the
southwest between 1600-2200 MDT, with outflow winds (peak gusts of
30-50 mph) and lightning being the primary storm threats. 

A dry cold front will push through the area on Sunday, bringing
elevated fire weather as southwest winds increase with peak gusts
of 25-30 mph during the afternoon.
