.DISCUSSION...Saturday begins stable with strong inversions, a dry
cold front will destabilize the atmosphere during the afternoon.
The inversion will likely remain in place through noon and be
completely eroded between 1 and 3 pm. Min RHs were edited up by 
5% due to observations from QD1, still RHs in the 20s are 
expected. Winds will increase as the inversion erodes, in the 
sheltered lower elevations winds 10 to 15 mph will be common, 
while gusts up to 30 mph will be possible along the ridge, above 
4000 feet. 

High pressure quickly rebuilds on Sunday with a return to stable
conditions and light winds.
