Lake Michigan from Sheboygan WI to North Port Light WI 5 nm off shore
to mid lake...

At 208 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts
was located 19 nm east of Port Washington, moving southeast at 15
knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
         hazardous seas.

The severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
