* At 1235 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Ar230, or
  near Hatteras Inlet, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Cape Hatteras, Hatteras Village, Monitor Marine Sanctuary, Hatteras
