moving northeast at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Engelhard, Pamlico Sound, Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, and
Rodanthe.
