.DISCUSSION...

A strong inversion will be in place Friday morning. Mixing should
start around 11 AM with heights increasing through peak heating.
That said, heights will barely get over 3000 feet Friday afternoon.
Wind speeds will be from the south at their peak but speeds will
be overall on the lighter side near the surface. The inversion 
will likely redevelop shortly after sunset with another strong 
inversion (very limited mixing) overnight Friday into Saturday.
The weekend will see slightly better afternoon humidities but
still on the drier side. Reoccurring strong nightly inversion 
will lead to similar mixing heights in the afternoon albeit 
slightly higher (~1000 ft higher compared to Friday) through the 
weekend.
