  Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA...
  Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 911 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Quantico to 8 nm southwest of Potomac Creek to
  24 nm southwest of Fairview Beach, moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by 
           suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

* Locations impacted include...
  Breton Bay, Potomac Creek, Saint Clements Bay, Westmoreland State
  Park, Maryland Point, Nanjemoy Creek, Port Tobacco River, Quantico,
  Cobb Island, Swan Point, Coltons Point, Nomini Bay, Mathias Point,
  U.S. 301 Nice Memorial Bridge, Wicomico River, White Point Beach,
  Popes Creek, Brent Point, Fairview Beach, and Colonial Beach.
