Updated for cold front and wind shift timing.

The cold front is approaching northern Swisher county as of midnight. The
cold front is pushing southward at a speed of around 25 mph and is timed
to reach the Kress fire around 1 AM CDT. An abrupt wind shift to the north
with an increase in wind speeds to 25-35 mph with gusts to 45 mph is expected.
Winds will remain out of the north and breezy well into the morning hours.
