Very dry conditions expected through Thursday. There will be gusty 
winds during the afternoon and evening, storngest this afternoon. 
Winds may become variable and light midnight through mid morning. 
Humidities will be low about 12 percent this afternoon, only 
recovering to 35 percent tonight and then lowering further to about 
10 percent Thursday.
