.DISCUSSION...

Similar winds are expected both Wednesday and Thursday with light 
and variable forecast for the night through early morning, becoming 
south or southwest and increasing in the afternoon. Minimum 
humidities will be very low on Wednesday and may dip into the high 
single digits. Overnight Wednesday humidity recoveries are forecast 
to be around 25-35 percent, but may be 5 percent lower than forecast
for the majority of the night. On Thursday, slight improvement in 
humidities is expected compared to Wednesday, with min humidities 
in the 15-20 percent range.
