.DISCUSSION...
Weak northeast winds will continue into Wednesday morning over the 
ridges, then becoming southwest again in the afternoon. The 
shift to onshore is expected by 1300 hours, but could occur as early 
as 1100. Gusts at the 20-ft level and ridges will be between 15 and
20 mph. High confidence in weak easterly winds overnight, followed
by weaker southwest winds Thursday afternoon. Dry conditions are
expected Wednesday, with slight improvement over Tuesday. Less
confidence in Thursday with minimum humidities forecast to rise
by 20 to 25 percent.
