.DISCUSSION...
Gusty northeast winds will begin to decrease in speed through the
remainder of the afternoon, with a late transition to onshore
west to southwest sometimes between 7pm-9pm. Onshore wind gusts
tonight may be 5 mph stronger at the transition point of onshore
flow. Winds will become relatively light overnight. Dry and windy 
conditions will continue Tuesday, with similar RHs and gusty 
northeast winds around 15-20 mph with gusts to 25 mph by late 
morning through early afternoon. Transition to onshore expected 
around 5-7pm, with west to southwest winds 15-20 mph with gusts to 
25 mph, peaking between 7pm-10pm but remaining 5-8 mph with gusts 
around 12 mph into the overnight periods.
