.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry conditions will continue through Tuesday. Gusty 
northeast Santa Ana winds will weaken through the afternoon, then 
shift onshore from the southwest fairly rapidly around 4pm. Winds 
will weaken overnight and become relatively light from the 
southeast to east. Another round of offshore northeast winds will 
arrive early Tuesday morning around 6-8am, increasing and peaking
from 8am-12pm. Offshore winds will weaken through the afternoon and
then rapidly shift onshore around 1-2pm.
