.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry conditions will continue through Tuesday. Gusty 
northeast Santa Ana winds will continue for the next few hours and 
weaken through the afternoon, then shift onshore from the southwest 
fairly rapidly around 4pm. Winds will weaken overnight and become 
fairly light from the southeast to east. Another round of offshore 
northeast winds will arrive early Tuesday morning around 6-8am and 
continue into the early afternoon. Tuesdays Santa Anas are expecting
to be slightly weaker, with gusts in the 20-30 mph range at 20 foot
levels.
