.DISCUSSION...
High confidence in a fairly seasonal weather pattern with typical 
afternoon onshore winds. Slightly lower confidence in which 
afternoon will be windier, but similar southwest winds are expected 
Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday is expected to be the warmer of 
the two days, then a slight cooling trend expected Thursday through 
the weekend as onshore flow becomes more consistent. Confidence in
max temperatures is lower, as models have been warmer than actual
conditions. If this bias continues, then max temperatures could be
up to 4 degrees lower than forecast, which would yield slightly
higher minimum relative humidites.
