Through Wednesday elevated fire weather with moderate risk of fast moving fine fuel fires away from the coast, especially coastal valleys to lower mountains will continue due to breezy and dry conditions with winds generally under 25 mph, except into Wednesday afternoon to evening gusts up to 35 mph for southwest Santa Barbara County and interior foothills, especially the Antelope Valley. Seasonably elevated fire weather conditions for interior will continue Thursday through least Saturday with breezy northwest to southwest winds, strongest for interior foothills and southwest Santa Barbara County where 15-25 with gusts to 40 mph will be possible each afternoon to evening. Thursday and Friday in particular, a deepening marine layer with increasing humidity is anticipated west of the mountains.
