SOUTHWESTERN BUTLER AND WEST CENTRAL WARREN COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM
CDT...

At 327 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles east of Dunmor, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Anderson, Huntsville, Davis Crossroads, Harper Crossroads, Buffalo
Fork, Chandlers Chapel, Costelow, Gasper, Silver City, and
Harreldsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio

and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
