have developed over the last hour across the SE Gulf, especially 
between Smith Shoal Light and P Tower. This activity will continue 
moving to the northwest at near 5 knots. Mariners encountering this 
activity can expect blinding downpours briefly reducing visibility, 
wind gusts of 20 to 25 knots, and the potential for an occasional 
lightning strike.
