Through 3 pm, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will move
to the west-northwest at 10 to 15 knots, across the Straits of 
Florida and Gulf waters surrounding the Dry Tortugas. Most of the 
activity will be limited to the Straits of Florida. However, this 
activity carries the potential of gusty winds to near 25 knots, brief
bouts of lightning, and reduced visibility within moderate to brief 
heavy downpours.
